- STRICTLY no parties or events
No parties or events are allowed. Unauthorised parties or gatherings will result in a minimum $500 fine, immediate termination of the booking, and potential removal by building security. Any damages or additional cleaning costs may be charged to the guest.
- No smoking
Smoking inside the property or building will result in a $500 fine. There are fire alarms and smoke alarms throughout the building.
- No pets allowed
- Only registered guests are allowed at the property. The maximum occupancy is 11 people. Any unauthorised visitors will be asked to leave.
- Clean up upon checkout
Please leave the property tidy. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or untidy.
- Checkout time is at 12:00 pm unless specified otherwise.
- Lost key will result in a $300 replacement fee (to cover locksmith cost and key fob replacement.)
- Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am
