No parties or events are allowed. Unauthorised parties or gatherings will result in a minimum $500 fine, immediate termination of the booking, and potential removal by building security. Any damages or additional cleaning costs may be charged to the guest.

Smoking inside the property or building will result in a $500 fine. There are fire alarms and smoke alarms throughout the building.
- No pets allowed
- Only registered guests are allowed at the property. The maximum occupancy is 6 people. Any unauthorised visitors will be asked to leave.
- Clean up upon checkout
Please leave the property tidy. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or untidy.
- Checkout time is at 10:00 am unless specified otherwise.
- Lost key will result in a $300 replacement fee (to cover locksmith cost and key fob replacement.)

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am

“If you’re looking for a place to stay in Sydney, stop scrolling—this place was fantastic! We were a family of four, and the modern, well-equipped two-bedroom apartment was perfect for us. But the real star was the location. Bondi Beach was literally right across the street! As in, put on your shoes, walk outside, and suddenly you’re at one of the most famous beaches in the world. 🌊 There were several bus stops just minutes away, plus amazing restaurants, bars, and shops all within easy walking distance. It made exploring Sydney incredibly convenient. After a 14-hour flight, our host was kind enough to let us check in early, which was a lifesaver. Otherwise, we would have been four exhausted zombies dragging luggage around Bondi. 😂 The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and made everything easy from start to finish. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% stay here again! If you want a comfortable apartment in an unbeatable Bondi Beach location, this is your place!”
